Why is my service still pending?

We understand that our clients want to get their services up and running as soon as they can, typically services are provisioned instantly upon receival of payment. “Pending” can mean various things on your order. If your order remains as “Pending” for over ten minutes, please consider the following:

- The payment could still be processing on PayPal, this can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to verification on PayPal's end.

- Your invoice for the order might not be paid. Check your invoices - if it is marked as “Unpaid” and you have paid, please open a billing ticket.

- There may be verification we need to perform on our end - services may need to be manually provisioned.

 

For other reasons not stated above, please open a support ticket through our client area and we will be happy to take a look.
